End of Summer Open Bass Tournament Sponsored By The

Date: Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010        Registration Fee: $90.00
$10.00 Lunker fee is optional
7a.m. - 3p.m.
Each entry must be signed by both team members.
Boat numbers will be drawn at check-in.
Entry fee and Application will be due at the ramp. All boats must launch at town ramp under
supervision of tournament officials. All boats must check-in by 6:15a.m.and be on the
water by 6:45a.m. Tournament waters will be off-limits 24 hours prior to check-in.
Those prospective competitors under the age of 18 must fish with a parent or legal guardian
as the other member of the team. Proof of eligibility may be requested by the tournament
officials and is the responsibility of the prospective competitor to provide the proof.

The undersigned hereby releases and discharges Bass Bums members from all claims, demands, rights of causes of action present and
future; whether known and anticipated or unanticipated and resulting from or arising out of or incidental to the undersigned's
participation in the above mentioned tournament. Those competitors under the age of 18 must fish with a parent or legal guardian as

Tournament Rules:
All boats must have adequate live well space for ten (10) fish. All boats must be equipped with an ignition kill switch. The switch must be
connected to the drive body when the combustion engine is running. Each competitor is required to wear a coast guard approved life
preserver anytime the combustion engine is running. Maximum horsepower shall be the maximum rating stated by the manufacturer.
Only artificial lures may be used. No live bait or prepared bait, with the exception of pork rind, will be permitted. Safe boating
conduct must be observed by all boaters at all times. No fishing within fifty (50) feet of any anchored competitor's boat with trolling
motor pulled. Only largemouth and smallmouth bass will be weighed in. Plastic weigh-in bags must be used to transport fish. Nets
will be allowed to land fish, but no grippers, etc. Winner shall be by total weight. First tie-breaker shall be by total number of bass;
second tie-breaker shall be largest bass. Minimum size to weigh-in, from closed mouth to tip of tail, is twelve (12) inches. Any dead
bass weigh-in shall be penalized by deducting four (4) ounces from weight.
